We offer software updates/upgrades at no cost to our customers to rectify any Year 2000 problem.

LittleBrother v1.5 and above have been fully tested to comply with Year 2000 issues. All functions are compliant. Some of these include database exportation, reporting capability, and blocking. However, we do rely on a Y2K-compliant OS:

• Please be sure that your copy of WindowsNT, Windows95, or Windows98 is Y2K compliant.
• Also check your hardware for compliance (Motherboard, BIOS, etc.)

ISDN Accountant has also been tested to comply with Year 2000 issues.

• Please be sure that your copy of Windows 3.1 is Year 2000 Compliant.
• Also check your hardware for compliance (Motherboard, BIOS, etc.)

SyncComplete 1.6 & TrendComplete 1.1 are Year 2000 compliant. However, they are dependent on ManageWise being Y2K compliant.

We suggest you also to check the following:

• Please be sure that your copy of WindowsNT, Windows95, or Windows98 is Y2K compliant.
• Please check with Novell to see if your version of ManageWise is Y2K compliant.
• Also check your hardware for compliance (Motherboard, BIOS, etc.)
