Warning 2 : the bizarre styling on the SELECT elements is not supposed to remain: it is there to illustrate a point on FORM styling from a discussion in news:comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets
In this breadcrumb format, every component in the logical path is in a SELECT
showing all components at the same level. With user-agent Javascript enabled,
selecting an entry in any of the SELECT sends to the chosen page. With scripting
disabled, buttons appear right to each SELECT to allow select then button click
to the destination (using <noscript>)
